Our second insider day on 25 November was once again carried out with the central idea of special service for our installation and trading partners in Germany. Nadine Rossberg, Distribution Manager, introduced the Audio 2010 and Active Antenna to the line of products. Things got right down to business with field reports on the Active Antenna from two specialist dealers. "Selling has never been so easy," said Andreas Klüber, an insider from the Fulda area, about sales of the Active Antenna. Mathias Wawrzyniak, an insider from Berlin, says: "Of the test equipment we offer, I don't get anything returned the customers are thrilled!" During the tour through the Production, Quality Control, Test Management and Service departments, it became clear how high of standards are met at the Dabendorf site. "Quality means working together" is the motto for production, and Funkwerk Dabendorf stands for this along with its insiders. This was demonstrated by the intense sales training headed by Coach Oliver Zigann. Along with the insiders, he got to the heart of special features and advantages offered by the products, as well as opportunities presented by up and cross-selling methods. A well-grounded and systematic course of discussion was drawn up for implementation in sales. Thanks to the coach, there was professional feedback for every situation.
